Within the scope of our fee-based support our technicians oftentimes use a remote maintenance software to gain access to your computer.


For data protection reasons the CRMADDON Factory GmbH uses Anydesk as a remote maintenance software.



The access to your PC only takes place after your prior consent. Please make sure that you do not transfer any content that should not be seen by us. CRMADDON assumes no liability for disturbances or damages. Note: This service is fee-based. If you are using it you agree to the fee-based billing of our support services.


In individual cases it might happen that you cannot use this tool due to company-internal regulations. After consultation with a member of our support staff you will be able to use a different remote maintenance software.
